The practice of executive search is becoming more and more widespread in today's Romania. While until the mid 90's most foreign companies present on the Romanian market appointed expatriates to their top management positions, the majority of these are now filled by Romanian managers. As a result of this shift, there is an ever growing demand for talented, experienced individuals with in-depth knowledge of the Romanian market and its economic particularities.
